  46.   This was a fairly major revamp of the format.  It's not HTMLized
  47.   yet, but the first step was taken: it's now broken up into more
  48.   sections which should make it easier to find the answer to your
  49.   question.

  52.   that new and old readers alike will have a Table of Contents readily
  53.   at hand.
